Suitable for all levels. The classes run as a block, the majority are Hatha yoga offering a range of breath work, energising/restorative movement (depending on what people need that week....I can usually tell by their gorgeous faces) and strengthening. The last class of the block is always Yin. Yin is a delightful restorative practice which is deeply nourishing, revitalising and restful. The perfect way to end the block and just what you need in this busy world of ours.
