Service Description
These classes are totally and utterly non competitive and give you chance to celebrate you and your wonderful mind and body so that you can practice in a way that feels good for you on the day. The evening classes run as a block during term time. The Hatha yoga classes offer a range of breath work, energising/restorative movement (depending on what people need that week....I can usually tell by their gorgeous faces) and strengthening. All followed by a delightful relaxation. The last class of the block is always Yin. Yin is a delightful restorative practice which is deeply nourishing, revitalising and restful. The perfect way to end the block and just what you need in this busy world of ours. It would be great to see you on the mat.
