At this time yoga is more important than ever, whether that is pregnancy yoga, baby yoga, general yoga or HypnoBirthing. Classes are still going ahead via Zoom. Please get in touch for details. 


Tuesday:   Baby Yoga 10am-11.15

           Pregnancy yoga 6.30-8

Wednesday: Baby Yoga 10am-11.15

           Lunchtime yoga 12.30-1.15

Friday:    Lunchtime yoga 12.30-1.15

At Snow Yoga I run General yoga, workshops, Pregnancy and Baby Yoga classes and Hypno Birthing. 

 The studio is situated in Easton, Bristol and offers a cosy, relaxed, peaceful environment for you to have some time out with just you and your baby. 


Both the Pregnancy and Baby Yoga classes are small, intimate and above all friendly. You will meet a fantastic range of mum's and mum's to be, it's a lovely way of extending your circle of friends and have some nurturing time.

Everyone is welcome, whether you have done yoga before or never set foot on a mat.

"I couldn’t recommend Sian Snow’s baby yoga highly enough: she strikes the perfect balance of sufficient songs to keep babies engaged and entertained, with as much stretching for mum’s as they’ll allow! The sharing at the start of class is invaluable as Sian usually has some helpful suggestions to make aches/ life easier and it really helps to know that other mums are going through the same thing as you. 


Sian’s warmth and humour make the classes so enjoyable, and she always ensures everyone feels fully included.  


The online version of the class still works really well, and it’s great to be able to get some stretching in and hear from other mums during social distancing."



"I attended several sessions of pregnancy yoga with Sian during both my pregnancies and also took her baby yoga classes with my first (I plan to do so again once my second has arrived)

Her classes were always a highlight of my week- a chance to bond with other mums/mum's to be, and share any worries while indulging in some real 'you' time. The yoga definitely helped with pregnancy aches and pains and I always found I slept better on the days i had her class! 

The relaxation and breathing exercises also really helped to tune me out of my stressful week and into a zone where I was concentrating on me and baby.
